Shipments, Tracking, & Returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground with tracking (see our Tracking Packages page). No signature will be required at delivery. Our site allows users to order out-of-stock items (items will clearly state if they are out-of-stock). If your order contains an item which is out-of-stock, shipment of your order will be placed on hold until the product is back in-stock, even if your order contains in-stock items as well. Orders may be placed on hold for up to 1-3 weeks.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Recycled/previously used boxes will most likely be used to ship your order unless you requested otherwise.
All orders receive a shipment tracking number. To track your package, please enter your tracking number on USPS's tracking website.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you find you are not pleased with any of our packaged soaps, you are encouraged to return the soap for a full refund. Please return your product to 903 W. 1st Street, Unit 1, Bloomington, IN 47403 and include your contact information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address).
If for any reason you wish to cancel your CSS subscription, we will refund you the prorated unused paid portion remaining on your CSS subscription account. Cash refunds are not available for any free promotional months, such as Refer-A-Friend. Any unused free promotional months will be forfeited once the CSS subscription is canceled.
